We work with a small number of families at a time — intentionally. We'd rather do fewer placements right than more placements fast. Every family we work with goes through a brief qualification process. It's not an interrogation — it's just us making sure the match is genuinely good for the puppy and for you. We've been doing this since 2012, and that process is a big part of why our families come back.
